Categories  Inductees shall be considered for the following:

Meritorious Service – Must have at least 20 years of membership and active participation in their local association and/or PA State USBC WBA

Meritorious Service Application: Word Format     PDF Format

Superior Performance – Must have been a member of PA State USBC WBA for at least 15 years, maintained a 175 average for at least 6 years and participated in the PA State USBC WBA Tournament for at least 6 years.

Eligibility Each local association is entitled to one (1) nomination per year in each category.

Any person actively serving as an officer or director of the Pennsylvania State USBC WBA is ineligible.
 
Nomination 

Any PA State USBC WBA member(s) may submit another present or former PA State USBC WBA member as a nominee for induction into the PA State USBC WBA Hall of Fame.

The nomination form must be completed in its entirety and signed by the nominee and presenter.

Forms may be obtained from the PA State USBC WBA Association Manager or from our website at pswba.org or any member of the PA State USBC WBA Board. 

As instructed on the application form, separate sheets of paper may be added to show the nominee’s contributions to the game of American Tenpins.

Include all outstanding performances of the nominee at the local, state and national levels for each category.

If honored posthumously, the presenter may sign the form.
 
Deadline Application forms must be submitted to the Association Manager on or before August 1st to be considered for induction the following year.  Forms will be forwarded to the Committee Chair.
Selection The PA State USBC WBA Board of Directors will review the nominations and vote at their Fall Board Meeting.  Induction will be at the Annual Awards Dinner the following year.  The person(s) selected will be notified by letter from the Hall of Fame Chairperson stating the date, time and place of her induction.
 
Number of
Inductees

The Board of Directors shall decide the number of inductees each year.  A nominee not selected  will be reconsidered for two (2) additional years.  Her resume may be updated.  If not selected during this 2-year period, her nomination must be resubmitted.

Changes  Any and all changes to these rules will be made by the Pennsylvania State USBC WBA Board of Directors.

PLEASE MAIL COMPLETED FORM TO SUSAN KRESGE ON OR BEFORE AUGUST 1 OF THE YEAR PRIOR TO INDUCTION.  FORMS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE CURRENT CHAIR.
